Acceptance

It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for them to apply. If a Client books us or accepts an estimate or quotation, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

A standard £225 plus VAT call-out fee applies to all works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; this is inclusive of the first hour’s work. Any additional hours on-site are charged at the same rate as the call-out fee. We work in hourly increments, therefore any time exceeding the initial 60-minute period, but not equating to a full hour, will still be charged as a whole hour.

Surveys and survey repairs are subject to a minimum call-out fee of £800 plus VAT for up to a half day’s attendance.

A minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total estimated cost of the works will be required before any work will commence.

If our start time for work is delayed by you for any reason not previously agreed, there will be an additional hourly charge per engineer for the duration of the delay.

If works are stopped or delayed part way through for any reason, we reserve the right to request payment for all works carried out up to the point of the delay.

All invoices must be settled upon receipt of the invoice and, in any event, no later than 7 days from the invoice date.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Any estimate or quotation provided is subject to change and does not constitute a guaranteed fixed price. Flair Facilities Ltd. reserves the right to amend any estimate where necessary. However, should the price need to change, our engineers will always obtain the Client’s approval before purchasing any additional equipment, materials, or services required to complete the works.

Flair Facilities Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking, quotation, or job at its sole discretion.
